Lebanon and Israel have agreed to establish the first two "pilot zones" in the southern province of Nabatieh as part of the framework agreement signed in Washington, APA reports citing Al-Markaziya.
According to him, Israeli forces will withdraw on Sunday, June 28, from the towns of Zoutar al-Gharbiya, north of the Litani River, and Froun, which is located in the Bint Jbeil border district. These areas will be occupied by Lebanese Army troops, who must demonstrate their ability to maintain control of the situation and counter potential attacks by the Hezbollah.
