Baku-APA. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton discussed in a telephone conversation on Saturday joint work to resolve the political crisis in Syria. Agence France Presse quoted a source at the State Department as saying, APA reports quoting The Voice of Russia.
"We need to start efforts to help the Syrians develop a strategy of political transition. We would like our representatives to conduct joint work on these ideas in Moscow, in Europe, Washington - wherever necessary "- said the State Department source.
