Russia and Ukraine have carried out an exchange of civilian detainees, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
Russian Ombudswoman Yana Lantratova said the exchange with Ukraine had taken place.
She stated that seven Russian citizens had been returned from Ukraine. Five of them are residents of Russia's Kursk Region, including one woman from Sudzha, while the other two are residents of other regions.
Lantratova added that seven detainees were also returned to Ukraine.
It should be noted that yesterday, Russia and Ukraine conducted a military prisoner exchange in a 160-for-160 format.
