Every time I see the development work expanding in Shusha, said Loic Pedras, a traveler from Portugal who visited Shusha, APA reports.

“I am an academic and that is the reason why I am here. To be honest, this is my third visit to Shusha and what I see impresses me every time. The development work is very impressive. Fantastic work is being done, local cultural examples are being preserved. Every time I come here, I see new work and it is truly amazing,” the traveler noted.

Loic Pedras added that he is especially pleased with the normalization of life in Shusha: “Shusha is also the cultural capital of Azerbaijan. The most interesting thing is that after what happened, life is returning to normal here. This is fantastic. Because development is impossible without peace. We are now seeing peace and development.”
