“I feel very happy to be able to witness the changes in the liberated territories,” Filipino traveler Cesarine Janette Cordero told APA.

She stated that giving new hope to people who lost their homes is a positive step: “I am traveling to Azerbaijan for the first time as part of the 'Most Traveled People and Philippine Global Explorers' group, and I feel very happy because of it. Observing some of the events that happened in Azerbaijan in the past, including the work being done in mine-cleared areas, is truly astonishing. I’m also happy now that the local government is providing a kind of hope to people who want to return to their homes.”
