Azerbaijani President familiarized with progress of work in Shahdag winter-summer tourism complex

The head of state was told that Shahdag winter-summer tourism complex will offer large opportunities for going in for mountain skis, other winter sports.

The total area of the complex is 2,000ha. The construction will be realized in four stages. Communication lines, ski paths, artificial lake and artificial snow machines will be installed in the first stage. 312-room five-star hotels, 346-room four-star hotels, 282-room three-star hotels and cottages will be constructed.

Cultural, sports devices will be installed, cottages constructed in the second stage.

Extra ski paths will be constructed, residential zone extended in the third stage. Artificial snow machine and reservoir will be created basing on the design of the Austrian experts. 5000 will be employed in the center.

President was informed about the design of the hotels, materials to be used during the construction.

The head of state gave instructions and recommendations.
