Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. The State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents has approved three standards for touristic and excursion services.
The first standard, AZS 369-2009 applies to hotel and hotel-type facilities for the accommodation of tourists. The document defines the hotels and hotel-type facilities, general requirements and services.
The second standard, AZS 370-2009 standard specifies the classification, requirements for the development of tourist routes.
The third standard, AZS 371-2009 applies to the organizations preparing the documents for standardization in the field of tourism and excursion activities, as well as enterprises engaged in the activity.
