Baku. Ilhama Isabalayeva – APA. Culture and Tourism Ministry is holding talks to prepare new commercial describing Azerbaijan’s tourism potential for broadcasting on international TV channels, the ministry told APA. The broadcasting of the new commercial will begin late this year or early next year. The new version will be prepared by foreign companies. CNN and Euronews channels are demonstrating three commercials on Azerbaijan’s tourism potential in two versions. Both versions of the commercials were prepared Shan Dizayn studio of Russia’s NTV television. In the first version, which was prepared in 2005 and has been demonstrated since 2006, Azerbaijan is mostly shown as an Eastern country. In the new version, which has been broadcasted on international TV channels since early 2008, Azerbaijan is shown as an Eastern country and a modern European country.
Euronews is broadcasting one commercial of the new version, CNN is broadcasting three commercials of the first and new version.
