Necessary conditions created for activities of prosecutor's office employees in liberated territories says Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan

Important responsibilities fall on the prosecution bodies in the liberated territories, said the Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev at the conference held in Zangilan themed “Five Years of Victory: Triumph of Statehood and Law,” APA reports.

Kamran Aliyev noted that ensuring the rule of law in the liberated territories, supervising the proper implementation of laws, protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as safeguarding state interests, constitute the main directions of these duties:

“For this purpose, comprehensive measures are being implemented by the Prosecutor General’s Office. The activity of the prosecution bodies in the liberated territories has been restored, staffing has been strengthened, and all necessary conditions have been created to ensure the service activities of the employees.”
