An international forum on the theme "SOCGOV 2026: Digital Analytics for Smart Governance" is being held in the city of Khankendi, APA's Garabagh bureau reports.
Government officials from various countries, local and international experts are participating in the forum organized by the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
The forum discusses the application of artificial intelligence and digital analytics in social services, the improvement of state-citizen relations, and the exchange of best practices in smart governance models.
Panel sessions, thematic discussions, and special presentations are being held as part of the event.
The forum is expected to adopt a Declaration supporting the development of the SOCGOV initiative as a platform for international dialogue, exchange of experience, and partnership in the field of social governance.
