Ministry of Health warns Azerbaijani citizens who visit Kuwait

Analytical Expertise Center - Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan has warned Azerbaijani citizens who visit Kuwait, Analytical Expertise Center told APA.

In accordance with the information entered from the Azerbaijani Embassy in Kuwait, according to the rules applied by the government of Kuwait on May 2, 2021, those who use “Lyrica” və “Neurontin” medicines without a doctor's prescription will be subjected to 5 years in prison.

It is noted in the information that those involved in the illegal sale of these drugs will be sentenced to 10 years in prison.
