At least 70 people have been killed in Iran as a result of heavy floods lasting about a month. Agricultural damage from floods calculated $1 mln. Tens of thousands of people have been evacuated from the area where they live. Roads, bridges, houses were destroyed. The natural disaster area covers 24 out of 31 regions. By the instruction of President Ilham Aliyev, the government of Azerbaijan sent humanitarian aid worth AZN 950,000 to the Islamic Republic of Iran to help victims of natural disaster. We present the reportage prepared by the ONA agency accompanying the humanitarian convoy delivered by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
