A new group of residents has left for Shukurbayli village in Azerbaijan’s Jabrayil district as part of the Great Return to the territories liberated from occupation, APA reports.
At this stage, 25 families comprising 154 people have been relocated to Shukurbayli village in accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev.
The returning residents had been temporarily settled in various parts of Azerbaijan, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums and administrative buildings.
The residents expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state support provided to them.
They also thanked the Azerbaijani Army, its soldiers and officers for the liberation of the country’s territories from occupation and paid tribute to the memory of the martyrs.
