A joint media tour has been organized in Shusha for representatives of the Azerbaijani and Turkish media on the occasion of November 8 – Victory Day, APA's correspondent dispatched to Shusha reports.
The purpose of the media tour is to familiarize local and foreign journalists with Shusha's history, cultural heritage, and post-occupation reconstruction process.
As part of the tour, journalists first visited the Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque.
Chinara Hasanli, an employee of the Shusha State Historical and Architectural Reserve, and Ismayil Ismayilov, an employee of the Special Representative Office for Shusha, briefed media representatives on the mosque's history and architectural features.
The journalists then visited Karabakh Street, one of Shusha's historic streets, which preserves the city's distinctive architectural style, stone walls, and historical atmosphere.
During their visit, media representatives also took an interest in the restoration and reconstruction work underway in the city.
The media tour is ongoing.
