On October 31, the next relocation convoy arrived in the Khydyrli village of the Aghdam district.
At this phase, the keys to apartments were presented to 24 families consisting of 124 people in Khydyrli village.
Representatives of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts, as well as the State Committee For Affairs Of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, participated in the ceremony.

The families relocating to Aghdam’s Khydyrly village are those who had been temporarily settled in various parts of the country — mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings. A total of 24 families, comprising 124 people, have been resettled in the village.
The returning residents expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care and support they have received.
They also conveyed their appreciation to the valiant Azerbaijani Army and the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated the lands, and offered prayers for the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for this cause.
