Some 51735 marriage and 14281 divorce cases were recorded by registration offices in January-October of this year, the State Statistics Committee told APA.
The number of marriages has increased by 6.3% as compared with 6.2% growth during the relevant period of the last year, and the number of divorces has increased by 1.7% as compared with the 1.5% growth during the relevant period of the last year.
During January-October of this year, 1693 persons arrived in Azerbaijan for permanent residence and 1354 persons left Azerbaijan as recorded by the Ministry of Interior Affairs and the State Migration Service and the migration balance made up plus 339 persons.
