"All vaccines may have side effects. Side effects are local and systemic," Director of Scientific-Research Medical Prevention Institute named after V. Akhundov Adil Allahverdiyev told APA.
According to him, systemic effects can be rise of body temperature, tiredness, muscle pains, etc.: "Local effects of a vaccine is redness, pain in the place of injection. More than 60,000 healthcare workers have already received a vaccine. Conducted observations show that a serious consequences have not seen in people. I am also vaccinated, there were no complaints, and I did not see any complaints from people around me”.
Doctor noted that currently, there is no any information regarding decrease in the effectiveness of the Coronovac vaccine applied in Azerbaijan.
