Constitutional Court received 2090 appeals in 2006, the court told APA.
483 rulings were made in connection with inadmissible appeals. 52 appeals are being considered by the chamber. 4 appeals have been admitted for execution. Decisions will be made in further future. Constitutional Court Plenum made 11 judgments and 4 rulings last year. 9 of them are related to personal appeals, 1 written question by the General Prosecutor and 1 the re-elections to the Parliament. Constitutional Court received 2956 appeals in 2004, 2640 in 2005. The Court made 133 judgments and 21 rulings during 1998-2006. /APA/
