11th form pupils of Baku secondary schools take mock exams

Baku Education Department told APA that about 22 000 11th form pupils are taking exam. 72 examination centers have been established in Baku. The exam will start at 10.00 and end at 13.00.

Mock exams for the 9th form pupils will be held in Baku tomorrow. About 30 000 pupils will take exam. The mock exams in other cities and regions of Azerbaijan will be held in the coming weeks.

The pupil of the 11th form will answer 120 questions in 8 subjects (native language and literature, mathematics, history of Azerbaijan, physics, biology, chemistry, geography and foreign language), the pupils of the 9th form will answer questions in 2 subjects (native language and mathematics). 25% of the questions in mock and final exams are easy, 50% medium and 25% hard.

The pupil, who will answer 20% of the question from each subject will get â€œ2â€, the pupil, who will answer 50% pf the question will get â€œ3â€, the pupil, who will answer 80% of the question will get â€œ4â€, and the pupil, who will answer 100% of the questions will get â€œ5â€.
