Snowfall forecasted in Azerbaijanâ€™s capital and regions

Senior hydrologist of the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Asif Verdiyev told APA that mild north-east wind will blow. The temperature will be close to 0 C at night, 2â€¦ 5 C in the daytime.

On January 25, rainfall is forecasted in some places, it will snow towards the evening. South-west wind will be replaced by strong north wind. The temperature will be 0â€¦ -2 C at night and 3â€¦ 6 C in the daytime.

On January 24, the weather will be mainly rainless in Azerbaijani regions. Snowfall is forecasted in some eastern regions at night and in the evening. It will be foggy in some places. East wind will blow. The temperature will be 0â€¦ -5 C at night, 0â€¦ 5 C in the daytime, in the mountains -8â€¦ -13 C at night, 0â€¦ -5 C in the daytime. The minimum temperature will be -17â€¦ -22 C in the high mountain areas.

On January 25, the weather will be rainy in some northern and eastern regions. It will be foggy in some places. East wind will blow. The temperature will be 0â€¦ -5 C at night, 1â€¦ 6 C in the daytime, in the mountains -9â€¦ -14 C at night, 1â€¦ -6 C in the daytime. The minimum temperature will be -18â€¦ -23 C in the high mountain areas.

According to medical, meteorological forecasts, despite cold and wet weather in Absheron peninsula on January 24-26, weak and mild changes of the meteorological factors will be favorable for weather-sensitive people.
