Doctor of Biology, Professor, Member of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Urkhan Kazim Alekperov was appointed to this post. He was introduced by the Head of Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Ramiz Mehdiyev at the Public Administration Academy’s Scientific Council.
Urkhan Alekperov was born in Baku in 1943. He graduated from the Azerbaijan State University, published more than 310 scientific works, received about 20 certificates of authorship and patents.
