Unstable weather conditions continue in Azerbaijan

Senior hydrologist of the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Asif Verdiyev told APA that sleet and snowing, strong north wind were forecasted in Baku and Absheron peninsula on November 7. The temperature will be near 0 C.

On November 8, snowing, sleet and heavy rains are forecasted for November 8, but the snowfall will stop in the afternoon. Strong north-west wind will be replaced with south-west wind. Ice sheet will be observed on some roads at night and early morning. The temperature will be 1-3 C at night and in the morning, 4â€¦ 8 C in the daytime.

On November 10, the weather will be changeable cloudy and rainless. South-west wind will blow. The temperature will be 2â€¦ 5 at night, 5â€¦ 10 C in the daytime, in the mountains -3â€¦ 2 C at night, 4â€¦ 9 C in the daytime. The temperature will be -5â€¦ 10 C in the high mountainous regions.

On November 9-10, the weather will be mostly rainless in the regions, it is expected to sleet in some places, snow in the mountainous regions. Strong west wind will blow. The temperature will be -2â€¦ 3 C at night, 3â€¦ 8 C in the daytime, in the mountains -5â€¦ 10 C at night, 0â€¦ -5 C in the daytime. The temperature will be -15â€¦ 20 C in the high mountainous regions.

According to the medical-weather forecasts, lower atmosphere pressure and strong south wind will be not suitable for weather-sensitive people.
