Education Ministryâ€™s Department for Capital Construction can be abolished

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva â€“ APA. New chief of the Education Ministryâ€™s Department for Capital Construction has been appointed under the order of Education Minister Misir Mardanov, APA reports.
â€œThis department can not be left without chief. Isakhan Babayev has been appointed as chief of the department. The annual report of the department will be made late in December and monitoring will be conducted. If we are allocated funds next year, the department will continue functioning, if not it will be closed. The abolition of the department depends on the allocation of funds,â€ he underlined.

Prosecutor Generalâ€™s Office together with the relevant government agencies inspected 77 schools of Baku and revealed shortcomings. Chief and several officials of the Education Ministryâ€™s Department for Capital Construction were dismissed over the shortcomings in the construction, overhaul of schools. Some employees of the ministry were warned.
