Human Rights Commissioner said she met with the director of the school, where a teacher covered pupil’s mouth with sticky tape.
Human Rights Commission said there are cases of violence in families, even there are facts of death.
“Once I witnessed violence against a four-year-old child, I shed tears,†she said.
Elmira Suleymanova advised in case of violence against children at schools, or other places to call 916 Hotline of the Human Rights Commissioner’s Office.
