Azerbaijani Education Minister announces conditions of students transfer

Baku. Sevil Zeynalgizi â€“ APA. The transfer of students, who get education abroad, as well as in Azerbaijan, from one university to another was prevented. This issue is under serious control of the Education Ministry and was completely stoppedâ€, said Education Minister Misir Mardanov, APA reports. Minister said despite it, there were some exceptions: â€œFor example, the student transfer can occur in connection with change of place of residence. May be, the student lived in Russia with his family, studied at the university there and then they moved to Azerbaijan. The students can be transferred to distance education in the cases of marriage, child birth. Such cases are investigated individually and the relevant decision is passed. But generally the student transfers were completely preventedâ€.
