Baku. Habil Suleymanzadeh – APA. The British publication Times Higher Education jointly with Reuters announced Top 400 World University Rankings for 2011-2012. APA reports that the Azerbaijani universities are not included in the list. The US universities – California Institute of Technology, Harvard and Stanford universities take the first three places in the ranking.

Turkey’s Bilkent University, Istanbul Technical University, Middle East Technical University, Boğaziçi University, Russian Moscow State University, Saint Petersburg State University, Iranian Sharif University of Technology are included in the Top 400 World University Rankings.

The rankling was determined on 13 various criteria. The number of universities invention and researches, necessity to the higher education establishment, income from innovation is included there.
