Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. “It is a positive fact that the education employees, who have reached 65, are dismissed. There are persons who are ill for years, but they are not dismissed,” chairperson of the State Student Admission Commission (SSAC) Maleyka Abbaszadeh told APA while commenting on the decision on the dismissal of the education employees, who reached 65.

Chairperson of the SSAC said the age limit is very important.
“Everyone must know at what age he can not work. For example, surgeons can not work after 55. But there are exceptional cases when the contributions of such persons do not depend on age. There are persons who can contribute to education even at the age of 70. There are not so many of them, only 1-2 percent. But in general, intellectual abilities, ability to gain the attention of the audience reduce at the age of 65,” she said.

Maleyka Abbaszadeh said higher schools must forecast the problems related to the age limit.
“Higher schools must know five years in advance how many places they will need. Actually, this is very good for the government. Everyone must train his followers and regard it as normal. I will also quit when I reach 65,” he said.
