She said WHO Executive Council and World Health Assembly called on all regional offices to discuss this issue and report to these two executive institutions. According to the WHO officials, these reforms will increase effectiveness of the organization’s activity and work done by WHO in the world.
Jakab said WHO focused attention on public health reforms to educate healthy life style and strengthen prevention of diseases. The countries prefer strengthening of preventive measures against the diseases.
Jakab agreed with Azerbaijan’s proposal that every expert should have enough experience and skills and know the country where he or she is working. “We think that new workers should attend the training courses and learn the countries they will workâ€.
