Special plan of measures developed for decreasing death cases from cardiovascular diseases during the next 5 years

Baku. Sevil Zeynalgizi - APA. The special plan of measures for decreasing the death cases from cardiovascular diseases during the next 5 years was developed in Azerbaijan, Director Division of Non-communicable Diseases and Health Promotion, World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe Gauden Galea said, APA reports. According to him, the measures on price increase of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages, control over infant food sale, processed food sorts are included to this plan. These measures will be presented to the health ministries of member countries of Regional Committee for Europe. The general meeting focusing on this issue will be held next week.
