The deputy minister said that the employment agreement with health care workers above 70, who were awarded with honorary names and medals, can be extended another year.
Agayev also answered the question about the standard of skills of new personnel which replaces the retired workers. “The process has started now and it is continuing. The government takes this issue into consideration. We were concerned about the age qualifications for the experienced persons working in think tanks, universities and scientific facilities. But the age qualification will not be implemented for the persons of above-mentioned category. The healthcare workers, whose age is above 65, can work in the private sectorâ€.
