He said outdate pesticides and their elimination are discussed in this forum. This issue became a serious problem in the world and it demands serious work to liquidate all outdated pesticide. â€œAll post-soviet countries have a problem of outdated pesticides. This forum aims to bring together all efforts and initiatives for serious work in the post-soviet countries to eliminate organic pollutants and chemical waste and to take concrete measures in this field in the next 10 yearsâ€.

John Vijgen emphasized the importance of discussion of this issue at the parliaments.
