Azerbaijani parliament to adopt law on sciences in autumn session

The draft law will be discussed by the committee on education and sciences later September and earlier October and then will be recommended to the parliament’s plenary session. “The law on sciences is elaborated for the first time. It considers the world’s experience, some points of education law and the strategy for the development of sciences. Our goal is to adopt a law, which will increase the usefulness of the sciences and improve social conditions of the scientistsâ€.
