Flour, bread and pasta safety examined in Azerbaijan

Head of the Center’s hygienic department Imran Abdullayev told APA about 100 samples will be taken for the examination. “The samples will be taken in bakeries and bakeshops. We aim to examine safety of flour, bread and pasta, to identify microbiological indications, toxic substances and potato diseases”.
