Intensive rainfalls expected in Baku and Absheron peninsula this weekend

Baku - APA. The weather will be changeable cloudy in Baku and Absheron Peninsula tomorrow. The intermittent rain is expected at night and in the morning. Department Chief of the Weather Forecast Bureau of the Hydro-Meteorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Gulshad Mammadova told APA that the short-term rain is expected in some places mainly in the morning and in the evening. The north-west wind will blow. The wind speed will be 8-13 m/sec, intensifying to 16 m/sec in the daytime. The temperature will be 18â€¦ 21 C at night, 22â€¦ 27 C in the daytime, the temperature of water on Absheron beaches will be 22â€¦. 23 C.

On August 27, the weather will be cloudy, sometimes rainy. Intensive rainfalls are expected in the some places of the peninsula. North-west wind will be 10-15 m/sec, sometimes 18-20 m/sec. The temperature will be 17â€¦ 20 C at night and 21â€¦ 26 C in the daytime.

The rainy weather is expected in Azerbaijanâ€™s regions on August 26. Local torrential rains are expected in some places. West wind will be 5-10 m/sec, 15-18 m/sec in separate places. The temperature will be 15â€¦ 20 C at night and 23â€¦ 28 C in the daytime, in the mountains 8â€¦ 12 C at night, 13â€¦ 18 C in the daytime.

On August 27 and 28, the weather will be rainy in the regions. Local torrential rains are expected in some regions, mainly strong in the northern and western regions. West wind will be 5-10 m/sec, 15-20 m/sec in some places. The temperature will be 15â€¦ 20 C at night and 23â€¦ 28 C in the daytime, in the mountains 7â€¦ 11 C at night, 12â€¦ 17 C in the daytime.
