First test for recruitment of teachers held in Azerbaijan today

Education Ministryâ€™s department for strategic analysis, planning and personnel management told APA that the first test is being held for the primary class teaching. The tests will last till July 30. The results will be known on July 31. The tests are being held at the Department for Informatization of Education under the Education Ministry. The computer-based testing started at 9.00 today and will last till 18.00.

There are 110 vacancies for primary class teaching in the country. 23 of them are in Baku, 87 in other towns and regions. Most of the applicants prefer primary class teaching. 1834 have applied for primary class teaching.

9342 have applied for vacancies in Azerbaijani schools. There is a need for 2177 teachers in Azerbaijan. 374 of the vacancies are in Baku, 1803 in other towns and regions.
