Next meeting of State Commission on development of the â€œNational Strategy on Development of Education of Azerbaijan in 2011-2021 held

APA reports quoting â€œAzerTajâ€ state agency that first of all the composition of the working group was submitted for discussion and the nominees were approved with certain changes.

The discussion of relevant measures for guarantee of development of the â€œNational Strategy on Development of Education of Azerbaijan in 2011-2021â€, the approval of methodology of development of National Strategy and â€œRoad mapâ€, as well as the presentation of the results of international investigation on reforms implemented in the various educational systems were included in the meetingâ€™s agenda.

The proposals presented on the methodology of development of the educationâ€™s development strategy in Azerbaijan were considered and the methodology was adopted after wide exchange of view.

According to the methodology, the current situation of the education will be analyzed by determining the modern educational standards in accordance with the international experience and the conception reflecting the main directions of the National strategy will be developed on the basis of it. The conception considers the development of reforms program in education sphere in 2012-2021 which will unite strategic activity goals on the educationâ€™s development, relevant subprograms and projects, the determination of state organizations which are responsible for realization of annual events and these, as well as the approval of subprograms and concrete projects.

The commission also considered the involvement schedule of international experts to the projects and gave tasks on development of strategic projects to the Working group.
