Hot weather to continue in Azerbaijan, temperature to reach 42 C in some places

Senior hydrologist of the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Asif Verdiyev told APA the temperature will be 21â€¦ 26 C at night, 35â€¦ 38 C in the daytime, the temperature of water in Absheron beaches will be 24â€¦. 25 C.

On July 10, the weather will be cloudy, rainless. Strong north wind will blow. The temperature will be 20â€¦ 25 C at night and 29â€¦ 34 C in the daytime.

On July 9, the weather will be rainless. But the lightning, the short-term rain are expected in some north and west region in the evening. The west wind will blow, sometimes intensifying. The temperature will be 22â€¦ 26 C at night and 35â€¦ 40 C in the daytime, in some places 42 C, in the mountains 15â€¦ 20 C at night, 30â€¦ 35 C in the daytime.

On July 10, the weather will be mainly rainless. But the lightning, the short-term rain are expected in some north and west region in the evening. The west wind will blow, sometimes intensifying. The temperature will be 21â€¦ 26 C at night, 34â€¦ 39 C in the daytime, in some places 42 C, in the mountains 13â€¦ 18 C at night, 25â€¦ 30 C in the daytime.

According to the medical-meteorological forecast, the weak south-west wind in Absheron peninsula, quiescence in the air, high temperature will create a discomfort in the daytime on July 8, especially for those who suffer from cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. The next two days will be more favorable to the weather-sensitive people through times of increasing wind "Khazri."
