APA reports that the first party of roofing slates has been sent to Shamakhi from Emergency Ministry’s Materiel and Technical Support Department’s base in Baku.
Department chief Amal Teymurov told journalists that 19 thousand roofing slates were sent to Shamakhi on 44 cars. According to him, this aid is considered for the repair of damaged houses in Shamakhi basing on the president’s task.
Saying that the commission set up over the damage of the hail on the houses is carrying out investigation, Teymurov added that the ministry representatives were also included to the commission.
The department chief said that the additional aid will be sent to the region if it is necessary.
