Polish Social Insurance Institution President to visit Azerbaijan

Baku - APA-Economics. On May 19-22, the delegation led by the Chairman of the Steering Committee of the European Network of International Social Security Association, President of Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) Zbigniew Derdziuk will be on a visit to Azerbaijan.

State Social Protection Fund of Azerbaijan told APA that future activity of ISSAâ€™s European Network, as well as directions considering the future cooperation between the State Social Protection Fund and ZUS will be discussed during the visit. Moreover, reforms in social insurance and pension sphere, application of information and communication technologies in this sphere, development of cadre potential, issues on future pension providence of Azerbaijani citizens engaged in labor activity in Europe will be in the focus of attention during the discussions.

Within the framework of the visit the delegation is considered to hold meetings at State Social Protection Fundâ€™s office, acquaintance with activity of local offices. Meetings at several official bodies of Azerbaijan are not excluded as well.
