Intigam Babayev: â€œState Program of Azerbaijani Youth for 2011-2015 to be presented to Cabinet of Ministers till May 25â€

Then it will be presented to the presidentâ€, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Intigam Babayev told journalists, APA reports.

Babayev said that about 2 thousand proposals entered the ministry on the elaboration of state program. At the same time, the Azerbaijani students studied abroad made forward their proposals. He said that the preliminary program was ready and it covered all spheres: â€œNew development level of youth will start after adoption of the programâ€.

Babayev noted the important points on young scientists in the state program: â€œthe point in which we are worried on the young scientists in the problem of their attraction in science. There is a need to form the additional system for stimulation of the young scientistâ€™s activity. The issues on formation of additional scholarships, awards, the printing of scientific monograph and integration to the world science will be reflected in this program. We have held consultations with the Academy of Sciences in this direction so farâ€.
