Recruitment at Azerbaijani customs bodies carried out via internet

Baku. Ali Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Persons intending to work in customs bodies may apply via internet, Chairman of State Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev said, APA reports.

To him, in December, after the launching of SCCâ€™s new website, recruitment and applications for participation in test examinations are realized via internet: â€œRecruitment is carried out very transparently, without human factor, via computer. Persons who answer 80 from 100 questions pass into the next stage. They are interviewed and then provided with work for his/her specialtyâ€.

Committee chairman said that test questions for recruitment are about general issues and customs work: â€œDuring the last test, 15-16 persons have been recruited. I must note that the work in customs service is always popular among citizensâ€.

Aliyev noted that customs bodies were considered law-enforcement bodies, that is why, recruited persons might work at each post: â€œMan carrying a shoulder strap must understand that he is an officer and he must serve anywhereâ€.
