Several projects to be realized on housing supply of IDPs in Azerbaijan

To him, currently, nine 5-stored buildings are under construction in Goranboy, and will be completed this year: â€œThese buildings will be resettled by internally displaced persons from the sanatorium in Naftalan area. Two dormitories have already been moved, other 4 will be moved too. Facades of new 9 - and 5-storey buildings will be renewedâ€.

Hasanov said that ten 9-stored buildings will be built in Mingachevir. To him, the first position available for construction in Mingachevir was unfit: â€œNew venue has been allocated. Construction works will be started next week. We will try to complete construction works this year. All the settlers of the schools in Mingachevir will be resettledâ€.

Hasanov added that over 500 homes would be built in Takhtakorpu settlement of Agjabedi region. Works in Tahtakorpyu will be completed in the coming months, which will be resettled internally displaced persons from the Finnish settlements. Later, in Takhtakorpu, will be built a few settlements for internally displaced persons from Lachin.

Speaking about preparations for the resettlement of people displaced from residences in Baku State Committee Chairman said that, land for the 2 dormitories of Baku State University had been allocated near Lake Masazir allocated. Construction works will be started here this year.

Hasanov added that in parallel, design work for laying of new settlements in Imishli and Sheki regions were carried out too.
