Azerbaijani President issues order to strengthen material and technical basis of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Under the order, the new building of the Central Library of the ANAS is to be built in â€œAcademy townâ€ (Huseyn Javid avenue, 31) in 2011-2013, Presidium of ANAS the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources are to prepare proposals concerning the establishment of the â€œCaspian Scientific Research Centerâ€ and submit to President of Azerbaijan within two months, Presidium of ANAS is to prepare its proposals on the provision of petrochemical facilities with the necessary equipment and submit to President of Azerbaijan within three months, the buildings of Physics and Geology institutes located in the territory of â€œAcademy townâ€, Polymeric Materials Institute in Sumgayit are to be overhauled in 2011-2012, Baku Mayorâ€™s Office, State Committee for Property Issues and Presidium of ANAS are to ensure the relocation of the unacademic establishments in the territory of â€œAcademy townâ€.

The Cabinet of Ministers is to ensure the issues related to the executive order.
