Week of Azerbaijan to be held in Armenia - <font color=#FF0000>UPDATED</font>

Azerbaijani delegation - writer Seymur Baycan, representatives of Azerbaijan office of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly and some rights defenders will attend the event.
Schoolchildren will write composition on the theme “How I imagine Azerbaijan” and “How I see the future of Armenia and Azerbaijan” during the week of Azerbaijan.
Film “Open borders” made by Luisa Pogosyan about Armenian-occupied Azerbaijani territory Nagorno Karabakh will be displayed at the event. One of the organizers of the event is British embassy in Armenia.
Spokesman for Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim told APA that process of enlightenment should continue.
“Taking into account that Armenian politicians often give false information to their society, I think Azerbaijani citizens’ informing Armenian people, will help the formation of right style of thinking,” he said.
Mkhitar Sebastatsi is a state school. Principal of the school, former Education Minister of Armenia Ashot Bleyan, who served imprisonment for some years, is often blamed for his pro-Azerbaijan position. Bleyan protested to Armenia’s occupying Azerbaijani terriroties. He supports establishing close relations with both Azerbaijan and Turkey. /APA/
