Baku. Aynur Aliyeva - APA-Economics. “The parkomats hinder road traffic in the capital. These plants make road traffic impossible”, deputy head of the Baku Regional Department of the Transport Ministry's State Department for Transport Management Amrah Jafarov told APA-Economics.
According to him, the main difficulty is related to near-side bus stops: “There are near-side bus stops for vehicles. However, civil cars stop there. As well as, difficulties are observed related to parking. The vehicles parked through parkomats don’t allow buses operating”.
Jafarov said that the body has received a lot of complaints. He said that Baku Executive Power will hold joint discussions with relevant body of Transport Ministry and Baku State Traffic Police Office soon.
Through the distance between bus stops and parkomats are provided 40-50 meters, this distance makes 5-6 meters.
