Baku. Shamil Alibeyli – APA. Urals Railroad Cars Manufacturing Plant (UVZ) of Russia plans to construct a plant in Azerbaijan.
APA reports that the issue was discussed during Azerbaijan-Russia business forum attended by Sverdlovsk province governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev and Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy and Industry Shahin Mustafayev.
UVZ intends to construct a plant similar to the one built in Latvia. The project also envisages production of bulldozer and loading machines. During the discussions Azerbaijan was given detailed information about the advantages and potential of the railroad equipment produced in Sverdlovsk.
Sinara Group of Companies also presented its project at the forum. It offers to construct a plant on final processing of pipes in Azerbaijan.
