Baku. Ramiz Mikayiloglu – APA. The Chamber of Accounts of Azerbaijan has revealed irregularities during the inspection of construction of Mollakend-Akhtarchi-Oylegulu motor road.
APA reports that taking into account the supposition on infliction of damage to the state allowing payments for unfulfillment of works in Mollakend-Akhtarchi-Oylegulu motor road in Kurdemir region, uselessness of the works carried out and other cases of financial irregularities, and shortages, it was decided at the Board Meeting of the Chamber of Accounts to send the inspection materials on control measure to the General Prosecutor’s Office in accordance with the requirements of the 12th paragraph of the 2nd article of the Law on “Chamber of Accounts” and the 7th provision of the Azerbaijani President’s Order #103 dated to June 22, 2009.
In order to inform the Chamber of Accounts about taking necessary measures on control measures and outcomes of these measures, it was decided to send the Board decision to the relevant state bodies and submit the information on results of audit to the parliament.
Under the order #2081 of Azerbaijani President I. Aliyev dated to March 7, 2012, AZN 3 mln has been allocated for construction of 28 km Mollakend-Akhtarchi-Oylegulu motor road, which connects 13 villates with 14,000 residents.
