Highway in north entrance to Azerbaijanâ€™s capital to be expanded

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Azeryolservis OJSC under the Transport Ministry of Azerbaijan has started road expansion in the north entrance to Baku.

According to information, the works are carried out near 20 Yanvar metro station, in Shamakhinka, in direction of Baku International Bus Terminal, in the upper part of tunnel. The process aims at expansion of the existing road by 3-4 m. in line with expansion, it is planned to change rotation operation of cars in this part of the highway.

Note that, this works are implemented in order to prevent traffic jam near the capital.
