Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Disputed matters in the border checkpoint between Azerbaijan and Iran will be solved, Head of Iran's Customs Service Masoud Karbasian told journalists after meeting with the Chairman of Azerbaijan Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev.
Karbasian noted that the border checkpoints are planned to operate 24 hours.
According to him, they discussed operation of border checkpoints on Sundays at the meeting with Aydin Aliyev: “Iranian side is ready for it. It will be possible to carry out it within two week. We are waiting Azerbaijani side to be ready for this issue”.
They also discussed reduction of tax duties on trucks, insurance fees for vehicles.
According to him, an agreement was reached on launch of Horadiz-Aslanduz border checkpoint.
