First facilities of Crescent complex to be opened in 2015

Contractor of the project – expert of Ilk Insaat Taah. San. ve Tic. A.S Ozgur Yazici told APA-Economics that high-rise hotel and big trade center: ‘A part of the construction works have already been completed, so far’.

The height of Crescent Palace will make 57.2 m. At 32 floors tall it will have 128 modern apartments. The height of Crescent Hotel will be 166.6 m. The hotel is expected to have 36-storeys.The height of Crescent City will make 203.8 m. 41-storey building will comprise only offices.

Yazici noted that large green areas will be implanted here.

‘The Crescent Palace is planned to open in January of 2015, the Crescent City – in May of 2015. Completion of the Crescent Hotel is not known yet. Besides, sale prices for these buildings are not set, yet’, added Yazici.
